What is the current scenario in the field in which the innovation appears?

Current scenario was very worse not only in INDIA but also all over the world. Reports of World Health Organization (WHO), Reports of UNICEF, many countries research reports, Research analysis of data collection from field, National AIDS Control Organization (NACO) INDIA reports indicate more than two laces human die/due to many diseases by reuse of infected diseased syringes.

When, I have taken support many websites (commercialization of technology) after my PATENT grants then I have surprised to seeing………….result……….many companies was ready to purchase this products and many manufacturing companies was ready to work…..finally; I have sent one request letter to Secretary (Science & Technology) with all offers details with my presentation CD (Complete details about new invention). Hon-able secretary have taken quick reaction and sent to TDT head for action. Head of TDT showed better response and at once talk to me on telephone and understand all matter….

What briefly is my invention?

This invention is related to present used Syringes by Doctors, Nurses, compounders and Pathologists in Hospital and Pathology laboratory use the Disposable Syringe. They use both disposable and non disposable syringe but not one time working syringes. So, there are chances that the syringes used once by them are re-used or not disposed properly and safety, there can be a high possibility of spread of dangerous diseases like AIDS, Hepatitis, Blood transmitted diseases etc. Our newly designed syringe is a completely disposable syringe which can be used only once. All the assembly link parts of syringe get broken after once used which can not be assembled or put to re-use. Hence it is totally foolproof true tempering and re-used in any form.

If, a person invents anything for future of society and country then PATENT is necessary for legal authority. After receiving PATENT rights nobody help to him because it is personal matter….I want all Indian companies get benefits and provide as soon as possible to public...because.....it is matter of save innocent public lives. As a rule…TDB give financial support only one condition…if, you or anybody (supported) start only manufacturing company……… for all of these in reality....one platform is necessary for clear (unknown) gape.......and money is necessary for fulfill basic requirement of platform.......level of platform will decide.....benefits of common man and NATION – Shailendra Kumar Birani
